Cheryl Durzy epitomized the D.I.Y. ethos when she founded San Jose-based LibDib (short for ?Liberation Distribution?) in 2016.
Having worked for her family?s Clos LaChance winery near Gilroy for 17 years, Durzy knew firsthand how difficult it was for smaller producers of wine and spirits to get exposure to restaurants and retailers. With that in mind, she created her own distribution company for the purpose of taking advantage of communications technology to offer selling platforms to smaller, independent suppliers like her family?s winery.
